All services will be accompanied by deep conditioning treatments and/or bonding treatments.

We have set prices for just a few of the services we offer. These prices are for an hour of time. If any service goes over an hour, the following amount of time will be charged by 15 minute increments (rounding up). Other services, like coloring, are charged hourly.

CANCELLATION PROGRAM

Your appointments are vert important to Rockit Salon. Understandably, schedule adjustments are necessary. We ask for at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with a client on my waiting list. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. Since services are reserved for you, a cancellation fee will be applied. We will be asking for a credit card on file.

REDO POLICY

If unsatisfied or have any questions or concerns about your service you have received, please notify me within 1 week of service. I will be more than happy to fix what you are unhappy with to the best of my ability. I have a no refund policy. No exceptions.
